  LAITAK Textile has been deeply engaged in the textile industry for 32 years. We have an independent production base and an excellent technical R 8 D team, who will continually provide customers with highest quality products and shortest lead time. The dyeing factory is located in Puning Textile Industrial Zone, with more than 80, 000 square meters of workshop, and the annual output of finished fabric about40 million meters. The weaving factory is located in Shantou Free Trade Zone, with more than 40,000 square meters of workshop, the annual output of greige fabric about 36 million meters.

Our Main Products

  Our main products are cotton, cotton spandex, cotton blended corduroy, jacquard with solid dye, printing, yarn-dyed finish, fine pattern printing is also widely recognized by customers. Our product quality and textile experience reputation are well received by the industry, We are a number of well-known brands at home and abroad designated fabric suppliers and important strategic partners. The company has obtained the customs A-level certification, advanced certification, ten consecutive years of Guangdong Province integrity enterprise, has also passed ISO certification, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and other system certification.

Weaving Factory

  Our major weaving factory contains buildings with a floor space of 40,000 square meters. It has a registered capital totaling about US $7million dollar and an investment of about US $30milion in the facilities. The annual output of the weaving factory is 36 million meters.

  The weaving factory are equipped with advanced textile equipment——240 sets of advanced air-jet looms of PICANOI from Belgium, 3 warping machines of BENNINGER from Switzerland, an automatic drawing-in machine of STAUBLI from Switzerland enable us to achieve the product goal of 36 million meters a year, Also, we have a suit of testing instruments to inspect and control the quality of our products. 

Dyeing Factory

  With yearly capacity of 70 million meters, the dyeing factory is equipped with the most advanced technological equipment all over the world, such as Japan KYOTO, Germany MONFORTS, Holland STORK, Italy LAFER, Korea SAMILL, etc. In the production process, we apply dyestuff auto-weighting, computerized dispensing& feeding system;  color auto-analysis system, STORK I.P.S Delta 32 auto-color paste preparation system& wax screen making machines.

Dyeing Factory

  Yarn dye factory's annual output about 3800 tons, with first-class production facilities of automated central integrated feeding system and automated feeding pipeline conveying system.

Corduroy Workshop

  The corduroy workshop area is 14000 square meters, which is equipped with 40 sets of Japanese advanced pil e-cutting machines plus 2 sets of singeing machines, 3 sets of brushing machines enabling us to produce more than 6 million meters of corduroy every year. Strict quality control in the pile cutting process helps to ensure the quality during dyeing and printing processes.

Automatization in Production Management

  Automatization and computerization are used in the production process. Dyestuff auto-weighting dispensing & feeding system and computerized color matching system are applied in the processes of dyeing.
